Michael Jones was raised in rural Alabama by family who owned and operated a small Chevrolet dealership. He was taught the importance of customer service at a young age, treating customers with respect, and showing appreciation for their trust.

Michael graduated from Auburn University and began a 35+ year career with General Motors. He worked in several different capacities with GM, spending the last several years of his career in product planning and product development. In this role he learned that successful execution of projects requires quality processes and clear communications, both of which translate well to home watch services. 

  

After retiring from General Motors, Michael and his wife Amy moved to Mount Pleasant, SC.  Michael now directs his efforts towards assisting the seasonal homeowner with improved peace of mind through the services of Charleston Coastal House Watch.
